In response to the overwhelming requests from School Nurses throughout the state for more diabetes education we are pleased to announce this year we are going to bring the H.A.N.D.S. (Helping Administer to the Needs of the Student with Diabetes in School) program to our fall conference at no additional cost to our attendees.
H.A.N.D.S.SM is a live continuing education full day program developed by the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) to equip the school nurse with current diabetes knowledge, provide tools and resources to facilitate effective diabetes management for students at school.
